| What's New in
2007 McSwain soccer had a great year in 2006 and we are looking forward to a great season coming up! Thank you to everyone who volunteered to help the league out last year! The reason McSwain Soccer is so great is because of the volunteers who make the league happen! We have some new people on the board this year! That means fresh ideas and lots on enthusiasm! But we still need more help. Volunteering really doesn't take that much time, it is a lot of fun, you get to meet others in the parenting business, and you get a real sense of accomplishment and community that you can't get from watching TV! We want to thank our sponsors for their support and we hope they and others will support our teams again this year! Please bring your child to registration so that you can be sure to order the correct uniform size! Every year the uniform manufacturers seem to have a man with no children and a strange sense of humor set up their sizes! Please register as soon as you can. We always have a few age gender groups where there are too many children for one team and not enough for two, etc. For all teams, we are going to write down the names of the kids in the order that they sign up. When we have enough kids for one team signed up at a given gender age group we are going to draw a line and everyone who signs up after that time will be on a waiting list. Then only when we have enough kids signed up AND two coaches will we be able to pick two teams. We have a great Major League Soccer Camp planned for July 30 thru Aug 3 2007 be sure to participate in that! Thank you for your support of McSwain Soccer.
